Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 90 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unused condition.

Returns

An $8 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and handling costs. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for eligible returns.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not subject to a return processing fee and depend on product availability.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at cmcsupplyshop@cmc.edu with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Our team will provide further instructions.
